Coaches make the best platform for sharing knowledge, information, experience, and solutions in the HR area. At least - according to CEO’s, directors, managers and corporate specialists.

In late January, The IIC was invited to The HR Networking Groups Warsaw conference in Poland, along with three other top Coaching Accreditation Bodies in Poland.

The HR Networking Groups Warsaw conference is designed to open communication channels between businesses and their HR Departments, and to create a space to understand and solve potential problems. What better way is there to open communication channels, facilitate new perspectives, and address problem areas then with a Professional Coach?

Each Coaching Accreditation Body spoke about developing and accomplishing goals, the key elements coaching uses to address these issues, and how Coaching styles and Coaching organizations differ. A great thank you goes out to The IIC’s own Head of Poland: Zbigniew Brzezinski, for doing a great job representing The IIC.
